Maa Baglamukhi Santan Sukh Prapti Puja

1. 1Preparation

   Select an auspicious date and time, preferably during Brahma Muhurat (4–6 AM) or as per the Hindu Panchang. Clean the puja area and take a bath to ensure ritual purity.

2. 2Setup

   Create a sacred space with a yellow cloth, as yellow is Maa Baglamukhi’s favored color. Place an idol or image of the goddess on a throne or elevated platform.

3. 3Sankalp

   Begin with a vow (Sankalp) stating the purpose of the puja—seeking blessings for a child—along with the couple’s names and gotra.

4. 4Invocation

   Light a diya with ghee and offer incense. Chant the Baglamukhi Mool Mantra: 'Om Hleem Bagalamukhi Sarva Dushtanam Vaacham Mukham Padam Stambhaya Jivhaam Keelaya Buddhim Vinashaya Hleem Om Swaha' to invoke the goddess.

5. 5Offerings

   Present fresh yellow flowers, turmeric, fruits, sweets, and vermilion to the goddess. Perform aarti with a camphor lamp and ring a bell with the left hand.

6. 6Havan

   Conduct a havan with sacred wood and ghee, offering mantras and specific items into the consecrated fire to amplify the puja’s energy.

7. 7Concluding Prayers

   Recite the Baglamukhi Chalisa and offer prayers for the fulfillment of your desire. Distribute prasad among family members.

8. 8Immersion

   Conclude by immersing biodegradable offerings in flowing water, if permitted, or disposing of them respectfully.
