Why We Reject Desperate, Unethical Demands
Many individuals approach the Siddha Peeth with requests like: "Destroy my rival's business overnight" or "Make this person fall in love with me against their will."
The short answer is: We do not perform black magic, and Maa Baglamukhi does not support Adharma (injustice).
The root cause of why some people fail to see results from rituals is their own malicious intent. If your goal is self-defense, securing rightful property, or neutralizing someone who is actively harming you, the ritual will work beautifully. But if your intent is pure, unprovoked revenge, no amount of money or mantras will compel the divine energy to serve you. These terms of service strictly enforce our 'Sattvic-Tantric' boundaries.

Baglamukhi Hawan operates on the principles of ancient Vedic and Tantric sciences. While our rituals are performed with strict adherence to authentic Shastriya protocols by highly experienced Acharyas, we do not guarantee miraculous, overnight, or specific physical outcomes. Spiritual rituals aim to clear karmic blockages and align cosmic energies. The final manifestation of results is subject to the individual’s karma, faith, and divine will. 2. Ethical Boundaries (No Harm Policy)
Maa Baglamukhi is the deity of justice and protection. We strictly refuse any request to perform rituals aimed at unjustly harming an innocent person, exacting unethical revenge, or causing unprovoked destruction. Our 'Shatru Nashak' rituals are solely designed for self-defense and neutralizing negative energies directed at the devotee.
3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Booking: A ritual is considered booked only after the Dakshina has been processed and a Muhurat has been assigned.
- Cancellations: Due to the preparation of customized Samagri (ritual materials) specific to your astrological chart, cancellations are not permitted once preparations have commenced.
- Rescheduling: You may request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the Sankalp. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the next auspicious Muhurat.
4. Online / Remote Participation
If participating online, it is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection during the live Sankalp. If the connection drops, the priest will continue the sacred fire ritual uninterrupted to maintain spiritual efficacy. High-definition recordings will be provided subsequently.
5. Prasad Dispatch and Shipping
Energized Prasad, Yantras, and Bhasma are dispatched within 48 hours of the ritual's completion. We utilize reliable courier partners and provide tracking information. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs (for international shipping), or incorrect addresses provided by the devotee.

Demanding a refund 3 days after a Havan because your court case isn't solved yet shows a profound misunderstanding of the 11-41 day energetic cycle. Patience is mandatory.
Providing Fake Identity Details
Booking a ritual under a fake name out of fear nullifies the Sankalp. The cosmic energy requires your true Name and Gotra. Your privacy is legally protected by us.
