Maa Baglamukhi Kaal Sarp Dosh Nivaran Puja

1. 1Sankalp (Vow)

   The devotee takes a vow, stating their name, gotra, and purpose of the puja.

   The pandit invokes Lord Ganesha, Lord Shiva, and Maa Baglamukhi with Vedic mantras to seek their blessings.

3. 3Kalash Sthapana

   A consecrated pot (kalash) is set up to represent divine energies.

4. 4Maa Baglamukhi Puja

   Offerings of yellow flowers, turmeric, and sweets are made to the Goddess, along with chanting of Baglamukhi mantras (18,000 jaaps).

5. 5Kaal Sarp Dosh Nivaran Rituals

   Mantras like Maha Mrityunjaya and Sarpa Sukta are chanted to pacify Rahu and Ketu, accompanied by offerings of milk and sesame seeds.

6. 6hawan (Fire Ritual)

   A sacred fire is lit, and offerings of ghee, herbs, and bel patra are made while chanting mantras.

7. 7Aarti and Prasad

   The puja concludes with aarti, followed by the distribution of prasad among devotees. The entire ritual typically lasts 4–6 hours and is performed on auspicious days like Nag Panchami or during Shravan.
